Research has shown that pets have a positive impact on our health. Whether our pets are helping us to get in some physical activity or simply bringing us joy, they are supporting both our brain and mental health.
Even people who do not have pets of their own, can benefit from things like pet therapy.
We want to challenge you all to a new #WBPChallenge - share a photo of your pet(s) and one of the ways they help to support your brain and mental health. Tag your friends to challenge them to join in too.
