@@narutokunnn It's funny that you say that, because Lyn is the *least* repetitive pro Orc player. If you want a truly cookie-cutter type Orc, look at Hitman. Your comment reveals a profound ignorance of Orc gameplay. Orc can only go 2 starting heroes for reasons of scouting, harassing and sheer DPS: Blademaster and Far Seer. You can go TC or SH as starting hero in 4 Vs 4 where your teammates can help you creep fast and where your heroes might just be support. But in 1 Vs 1, going either TC or SH as first hero is insta loss. Against UD, both BM and FS are viable starting heroes. Against Elf, both are also viable, although FS is really risky. But against Human, Orc can *only* go FS. Why? Because Human army is much stronger than Orc army, and if the Human gets enough gold and lumber, it's pretty much impossible to stop for Orc. So you need to harass the Human economy very aggressively . Human can wall against Blademaster, which makes your ability to use BM to harass the Human economy limited. FS, conversely, is a summon hero and wolves can be summoned past the Human walling. Also, FS has chain lighting which deals damage to multiple units, which you need Vs Human casters. With BM, you need to sneak past the Human back line, which means that you are risking your BM being storm bolted, mana drained and killed. BM also deals single-unit DPS, which is not time-effective VS 7 or 8 priests. You also cannot go tavern heroes that have summon like Beast Master, f4or reasons that are very complicated are revolve around synergy of CL + Shockwave/stomp. Also, Orc has to go raiders + shams every game Vs Human for two reasons. First, Orc units do not deal straight DPS that is high enough to kill riflemen because of it's insane natural armor + Devotion Aura.. You need shams for lightening shield, which is the only cost-effective high-DPS damage dealing spell/thing that you can do. Secondly, you need raiders because you need ensnare for lockdown to allow TC and grunts to expose the riflemen to lightening shield for long enough to deal enough damage. The raiders are also needed to take out human expansions, since Human pretty much always expands and the expansions are always fortified with towers. Basically, Orc has no choice but to go FS + TC + shams + raiders every game because it's the most cost-effective strategy Vs Human when you are fighting for millimeters of advantage. Grubby was able to take maps from both SoK and Hawk on ladder with BM first, but Grubby is a unique player that does stuff that only works for him(which is one of the many reasons why he became such a legend), but there is a difference between beating SoK in a random ladder game where no one is trying that hard to win and beating him in a BO5 or BO7 with money on the line(pros are more relaxed and lenient on the ladder where money and fame is not on the line, compared to tournaments). If Grubby went BM first in a BO7 Vs SoK, he'd get crushed. Sorry, to respond, but I found your comment very ignorant, and decided to make some corrections. Myself: 2,100 MMR Orc player at one point(lower now), who has been following pro WC3 since 2005.

human vs orc are opposite of human vs ud/ne. Cant go tanks vs raiders, cant staff vs ensnare... and lame fast expands vs fs and raiders are very hard to pull off.

Orc spells are way too strong, that ensnare is way too powerful, it should be possible for human to staff while on nets, orc also negates human orb, it is quure useless vs orc while orc's orb is effective against all races, also orcs benefits from pretty much any item drop in the game and barely need mana.

I do agree with you that the Human Vs UD matchup is imbalanced in favor of Human. That is not even debatable. I think it's very unfair how easy it is for Human to expand Vs UD with it being almost impossible for UD to stop it, and how incredibly easy it is for Human to stop UD expansion. And without expo, there is nothing that UD can do Vs knights since Human owns the air and hard counters destros with no effort. The only weapon that UD seems to have Vs Human is possession . But then, banshees get hard countered very easily by mortars. But I don't think that the Orc Vs Human matchup is imba in favor of Orc like you suggest. Pala/rifle extremely strong VCs Orc. Try playing Vs Human on maps with merc camp. They creep camp, get shadow priests and with DA they are essentially unkillable. On maps that allow it, if Orc can't stop Human tier 3, they just mass gryphons and demolish you. What are you going to do? Bats are barely cost-effective Vs gryphs with no armor. When they have 2 armor upgrades it's gg. The only thing you could do would be BM with Orb of Lightening + Acid Bomb. But the problem is that you cannot go BM Vs Human. So no chance. I do think that Lyn and Happy are more skilled than Fortitude and higher caliber p[layers. Not that Forti and Starbuck are bad. They are really good, really solid players with strong fundamentals and above average at every aspect of the game. But they are not of the tier of Lyn and Happy. The difference is that Forti plays vs Happy with Happy having a handicap, b5ut against Lyn he has to face Lyn at "full power". And playing Vs Lyn at "full power" sucks.🤣🤣🤣🤣There are only a tiny handful of players that can beat Lyn at his best, and those include Happy and Infi but not Forti. Let's face it: the last Human player that beat Happy with sheer skills was Infi, and that was 4 years ago. But they just don't make Human players like Infi anymore. But Lyn's performance Vs Human is counter-weight to his bad matchup Vs Undead(not just against Happy). Lyn by his own admission hates playing Vs UD. He finds some aspects of UD game play very awkward to counter for his play style.

You talk about hu army consisting of mass upgraded flying machines + mortars upgraded + knights also fully upgraded + 3 high lvl heros with good items + priest sorcs and breakers upgraded mixed in. What was ud doing all that time went afk for 30 min and now wants to win with acolytes and ghouls? How is this a realistic situation?

Yea sometimes he loses but that in many cases is due to lyn not playing his a game or opponent have great match or combination of those + luck. Wr 60%+ is good . When it’s near 100% that means no matter how player does it will still win that is race being op, like ud having 97%+ vs ne in 2023 and even after buffs ne is still struggling. We haven’t seen race as broken as ud for over 10 years. In case of hu it’s just forty and only vs ud - that’s skill not a race.

A hero that gives HP but needs mana and a Hero that gives Mana (and generates and burns it), with the problem that he needs HP (he needs to get in a vulnerable position to Siphon and is normally pretty easy to kill). One guy generates Mana and needs Health, the other generates Health but gives mana, how does their synergy not make sense?
