Harley Davidson has come a long way in improving their bikes in 2017/2018 with the counter balancing, more oil capacity for cooling, LCD screen technology and the new motor etc etc, but the advancement harley davidson has made are the one ALL OTHER manufactures were already doing for years like 4 valves per cylinder, higher oil capacity and LCD screen technology, and a gear drive primary while harley is still using the legacy chain drive primary thats high maintenance and rough running.
