Once they found out he had been planning it for months that makes it 1st degree murder. If he ever gets out of prison it will be a sad day. It's very likely that case was post partum psychosis though. No amount of emotional reasoning will change that fact. Post partum psychosis is as dangerous as unchecked paranoid schizophrenia. She was also on a cocktail of 13 different drugs and literally paralysed herself by jumping out of a third storey window. I'm more than willing to admit I'm wrong if further evidence comes to light that reveals this was a pre-meditated murder by a woman in her right mind, because evil mums do exist of course.
