I was in Nashville in late September 2018 ...one night I wandered into Layla's and was just blown away by Lillie Mae, her sisters, brother and one or 2 other musicians....I have been to a million great concerts all over, but there was something special about this group that just makes them stand out..their talent is one thing, their liveliness just makes you want to jump up and dance..Lillie Mae is obviously the "leader of the band", but her siblings are really great also...a very talented family....and they seemed like nice people also...if in Nashville go find them on Broadway..I gotta believe that they will become a major attraction...they are too good for that not to happen.

Just found Lillie Mae today. What a transporting sound. Someone said on Ken Burns "Country Music", "You can be an artist or a star". Well, she's definitely a genuine artist and her band complements her work perfectly. I hope I get to see her at Layla's one day but she may well become a star before I get the chance.

i did the same as someone said below..I stumbled into Layla's one night in Nashville and saw Lillie Mae, was instantly drawn to her voice and of course she is easy on the eyes. I visit Nashville once a month and always make a point to stop in and see the band, her entire family are pure music talent..Scarlette, Grace, her brother and dad are all amazing artist and if you catch them on the right time, Layla herself will play with the band...

I saw Lillie May and Craig Smith (Rhythm Guitar in this video) play an acoustic set tonight in Nashville at a small local fundraiser and they stopped the room with "Wash Me Clean". Wow!

Couldn't agree any less in regards to the comment against the interview guy. Watching a lot of bigger band interviews, it's crazy how little some of these interviews have researched who they're talking to. This guy did his homework, they were playing off each other's nervous energy which made it real. Awesome interview

What's the difference between a violin and a fiddle? A violin has strings. A fiddle's got strangs.

Love Lillie Mae, but this interviewer dude it’s so awkward and nervous or something asking simple stuff but in an uncomfortable way.

The only thing that will wash us clean, is the cleansing blood of the Lamb, Jesus Christ. And time is running out. Repent, ask Jesus to forgive you and save you, trusting him as your Savior and confessing him as Lord. And Lillie Mae, "Jesus Loves Me" is a great song to start out with!
