I purchased the 24 ft pole over 3 years ago and I just got around to using it last week to clean the Vinyl siding on my 2 story A frame house. This pole saved me anywhere from $450-$750 because I was able to clean my siding myself with having to hire someone to do it. The only drawback I experienced was that the brush that I was using kept coming lost from the pole. I was continuously having to re tighten the brush to the pole. I'm contemplating purchasing the 30ft pole soon also because one side of my house is higher than the other side because of the Landscape, and although I was able to reach the highest point of my house, I had to get on the roof of my garage to do it. With the 30ft pole I can stand on the ground and reach all cleaning locations.

If you want to use the hinged angle attachment, read carefully/ask seller if the DocaPole attachments you plan to use will screw onto this tip, and at a usable angle. I bought the soft 6" brush, to tilt it forward and clean my corrugated roofing. IT TILTED AT A CRAZY, USELESS ANGLE, and also didn't seem to screw on all the way. I contacted Docazoo (the manufacturer). They said that this brush is not designed to be used with the angle attachment, but sent me a replacement brush in case the threads on my brush were bad. I told them it was essential that all their product descriptions that feature the angle attachment STATE WHICH ATTACHMENTS CAN BE USED WITH IT! Also, on the 12' Docapole I bought with this brush & angle attachment, the bottom extension will not open--so the pole only opens to about 8'. I tried carefully loosening the 2 bolts that seemed tighter than the upper clamp's, twisted, jiggled & pulled--but I still couldn't open the bottom extension. So I carefully re-tightened the clamp. I am returning the entire purchase, requesting a refund and describing the pole extension's defect.

fun fact... i drilled out the rivets and the unger NCAN ErgoTec OptiLoc cone fits perfectly. i just gave it a few hammers and its on there pretty solid.

Hi, thanks for the review. Which pole do you recommend to have a very sturdy 12' pole? I would like to use it as a mast for my camera equipment, attached to a car hitch. So weight doesn't really matter to me.

Ounds to me that you’d be looking fora carbon fibre pole. Very rigid and light weight. I suggest Legend brand.

Carol Meijer now that I've sold this pole for several months, the feedback is that it's not the sturdiest pole. Best to have the top section push halfway in for sturdier experience.

I love this pole but now im confused. do i need the locking Unger ErgoTec Locking Cone ? or will it work find on the angle attachment like you showed

There is no way of attaching an Unger locking pole tip, I’m afraid.

First time using it and the plastic angle adapter got loose. It separated in two and the adjuster knob does not screw back in again. It doesn't grasp anywhere. Can you tell me what happened? Someone?

On the other side of the adapter there is a place for a nut to sit into. Sounds like that nut fell out when it came apart. On the ground somewhere. All you need to do is take the angle adapter to a hardware store and get a new nut the right size..

After you adjust the extension, how do you get the pole to lock in place. It seems obvious that you just snap the lever back in place, but it is not locking the pole, it continues to move.

Then you will need to tighten the screw on the level. Tighten the screw one revolution at a time and try it again. Don’t want to over tighten

that's an awesome tshirt. angle adaptors are great for a 0° Unger. is it wider tubing than a standard pole?

Tubing quite comparable to an Unger pole. But the foam in the middle section may make it feel wider. Ya, don't know what was going on with my t-shirt...was so hot yesterday the pattern melted!! ;)

The front (narrowest one) wasn't open no more than half and the tube buckled with 3 other opened up the same distance.. Low quality aluminum extrusion like anything else from China. Dont waste your money, Absolute Garbage,
