WCTH's Pascale Hutton and Kavan Smith REACT to Rosemary's PREGNANCY (Exclusive)

'When Calls the Heart's Pascale Hutton and Kavan Smith react to their characters becoming parents! On episode 10 of season 9, Rosemary Coulter discovers she's pregnant. However, because of her struggles in the past, she's not entirely convinced she's expecting, so for now, she's keeping the news to herself and isn't telling her husband, Lee Coulter. Hutton and Smith, who have been strongly campaigning for this on-screen milestone, open up to ET's Deidre Behar about their wish finally coming true. Smith praises Hutton for being relentless in her quest to see this storyline through. Hutton says she played a big role in the creative direction of her character, and sheds insight into many of Rosemary's choices. She also shares what it was like filming those emotional scenes with Andrea Brooks (Dr. Faith Carter) and Erin Krakow (Elizabeth Thornton). Smith teases when fans can expect Rosemary to tell Lee the big news and how he'll react. 'When Calls the Heart' airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Hallmark Channel.

Rosemary and Lee are a fun couple on WCTH who are always ready to encourage and help others, and they truly love and support each other completely! They are one of our favorite TV couples. We are so excited about this new story line, and this interview was so very enjoyable! I loved Pacale’s reaction to Kavan’s description of Lee’s response to the relationship! “Blunt force trauma!” LOL. Love these actors and WCTH! ❤️

My very favorite show. I don't miss. It's one of the few programs that are worth going through the commercials. Most programs I record and never watch a single commercial. Pay extra for Hulu so I don't have commercials but WCTH.....the majority of time, I can't wait to see!!!!

Season 9 has been great!! With Rosemary finally being pregnant tops the season. The only thing I need now is to see Lucas & Elizabeth get engaged/married. I hope they'll announce a Season 10 soon. I'll be devastated if we don't get it. There's just too many storylines to continue...not just Lucas & Elizabeth, Rosemary & Lee, but we need to see the continuing life stories of Nathan & Allie, the Canfield's, Fiona, Molly, Bill, Ned & Florence, Anna, Robert, does Mei come back, are Faith & Carson completely over & finally, does Gowen find happiness? I totally appreciate that we got two extra episodes this season, but I guess I'm a bit greedy because I wish WCTH could have a LONGER season so there could be a little more time with each characters story. Especially for Elizabeth & Lucas, Rosemary & Lee & especially Nathan. I LOVE WCTH!!!

I'm glad Rosemary is pregnant. The show took to long to let it happen. Season 9 is all most over. Please stop focusing on Elizabeth and Lucas relationship so much. Give Lee and Rosemary a chance they are such a good couple and good actors. The writers didn't do anything with Nathan this season. Like they said. What ever that was with the new lady on the show it was to rushed and there was no chemistry between them. There are to many talented actor's on the show that the writers could write great storylines about. Faith and fiona two beautiful singles women and the writers just wasting to much time on Elizabeth. Please move on every season seems to be focused on her.
