Vice and Liberty City Stories did that a lot too. VCS was way better than I expected it to be. Ps2 version at least. Emulator + HD Texture Pack + Lossless Scaling makes it hold up really well.

@@LankyJay601 All the radio stations say something about the aftermath of CJ‘s missions with more than others. It’s a shame we didn’t see this dynamic in LCS, VCS, or the definitive edition versions of III and VC. Not sure if we saw as much of it in IV or V either though.
