Those are called full forward cabin/ jumbo/ full width short hood. Technical specifications remain same as any other WDM2 engine except for aesthetics, where pilot cabin is shifted to front with idea of improving visibility.

Alco was finished in 1969 ....but we kept on developing alco locomotives till today.........this shows how capable we are.....you asshole......
