Such a Killer & underrated band!! Their Philo’s era songs are performed as badass as it gets! And their own material is just outstanding aswell!! Phil would be so proud of them, great job Scott and the guys by forming this kickass rock band 🤟🏽🔥 Ricky said their fifth album is on the way already, i just can’t wait to listen to it! Long live BLACK STAR RIDERS!!! 🙌🏽

Agreed, its nice to have a good 'cover band' on Lynott's stuff and even better to have more good music in a similar style. Something that seems to be rather too lacking today. Annoyed I didn't know they existed until far too recently..

I also miss Phil, he comes to my mind almost every day, I relive in my thoughts the many concerts that my 6 brothers and I attended, I never got to see a better bank playing live music then Thin Lizzy & Rory Gallagher, & yes Black Star Riders area Of Top Great band

I just got to hear this for the first time, it is flipping brilliant, outstanding and rear great hard-rocking music , the Fab 5, It would be hard to get a better hard-rocking band as Black Star Riders were and are. It is a great pity that this was not released as a live recording, it would have been another Live & Dangerous

I was 15 when I fell in love with Scott gorham. Been a very long time. I saw him 7 years ago in Leicester for the very 1st time ever with def leppard for the 3rd .i was so melted. Couldn’t believe my luck. He was always the best.

Scott Gotham was the coolest guitarist I loved his hair, because of him I started growing mine out..it was a statement still at 60 years old still long Thin Lizzy was a powerhouse band my favorite in High School years *FIGHTING and JAILBREAK* were MY #1/#2. Followed by *BAD REPUTATION and RENEGADE* All albums were good..Still miss Philip Lynott..You can’t repeat his passion vocals on stage..the 1970s RUSH was my other go to band….

This show deserved better EQ on the snare & guitars. Apart from that Ricky Warwick Rules, B.S.R. Rules. Waiting for their new album... Ricky's Solo Lp's are GREAT as well...

Mark Wilkins, as Ricardo says, in essence, they are Thin Lizzy. As per this bit of info - Black Star Riders began when members of the most recent line-up of Thin Lizzy decided to record new material, but chose not to release it under the Thin Lizzy name. Showing respect to the older work of Phil Lynott by not releasing under the known name, hats off for that I say.

Was this concert recorded in the 60's? The drums/bass sound sooo bad!

Do you mean bad as in awful or as in bad ass. If you mean awful maybe your system isn't very good. Sounds good here. Of course everyone has there own idea of good I suppose.

I wish the singer wouldn`t sing in such a contrived fake American accent...seems like he wants to sound like the Metallica dummy whose name I can`t even be bothered to remember.

He's not singing in a fake American accent that's because he has an Irish accent.
