12:37 I remember those leaning consoles. I think they’re supposed to be folding seats when the monorail is not busy you can unfold the seat, and you can sit on them. They were removed to accommodate more standing room.

People need to begin realizing that Monorails are far better than Light Rail and Commuter Rail. The ride is smooth and since electric, is environmentally friendly, which diesel commuter rail is not. Monorails cannot hit cars, animals and people, unless they climb 20+ feet to walk on the guideway.

I couldn't agree more! I think the reason they havent taken off, is due to finances. The rumor I've read on why Disney hasn't put in a Monorail to Animal Kingdom, was some staggering cost. I'm not sure if I buy it, but thats the reason I've read.

They look the same as today's monorails

They are the same mark 6 monorails. They have been operating for a year back in 1992. Disney is currently refurbishing the interior of those monorails.
