You can look at some videos of other people doing ToA to see the timings for the swap cancels with those echoes :)

Bro, a little advice. Sanhua's correct rotation is Intro-Skill-Liber, because her skill is instant and very animation cancellable. Changli too can be animation cancelled in different ways. That way you can save a little seconds.

For Camellya, you can actually use her white haired NA(if you raised it too) it is faster and way more easier for single target like bosses than her red haired NA

The secret to Xiangli Yao is to realize that he is a quick swap character like Changli. You are playing him like a hypercarry. Why are you not using his ultimate at the same time as you are fighting with Changli? Everytime Xiangli Yao or Changli is animation locked you should be on another character using a skill, forte, ultimate, or echo. So for example once your Shorekeeper is about to get concerto you switch to Changli and Xiangli Yao as fast as possible to use their self buffing echoes. Switch back to Shorekeeper activate concerto. Here you can decide how to proceed with the quick swap sequence but you will Xiangli Yao ultimate and Changli ultimate should occur while Xiangli Yao ultimate is active and her skill and forte will also be used during Xiangli Yao ultimate. Once Xiangli Yao has hit 3x forte bursts and Changli has used her forte at least 2x with ultimate then you can switch back to Shorekeeper to restart the sequence. Basically you want to stop wasting time in your animation locked states. It will literally save you a minute of time sometimes.

congratulations on your first full clear of ToA🎉🎉 the only thing i want to say is, while you have great characters that should be able to clear the tower easily especially since your talents are maxed, the only problem that is making it so hard to clear it is your echos. you need to basically redo your echo sets and get crit substats. my camellya is S0R1 with 71% cr, 289% cd and 2550 atk and she is so strong i managed to clear the 2nd stage middle floor with her+sanhua+verina with about 12 more seconds to spare, even though the elite enemies have havoc resistance. so just get better echos and practice your rotations some more and you should be good to go.

If you look back on some of my other vids, there's a lot of comments giving out good advice. But if I had to say something, I would focus your investments on 2 good dps characters you like and their respective teams first and not spread out your resources to everyone. (I'm also still pretty bad)
