They most certainly can and should add all of them at once. They aren't a small little indie studio anymore, they're a global, multibillion dollar conglomerate with 700 employees and the backing of Microsoft. They are more than capable of adding everything and they choose not to.

I voted for penguin. Personally, I think that the mob vote is fun. I always look forward to it. To me, it feels like Mojang empowers the community to make a choice that will have a fairly strong impact on the game, and they do so through a fun vote. I hope that they don't get rid of the mob vote, because even though the mob I voted for didn't win, the vote was still a lot of fun for me.

Imagine if they combined some of those mobs into one. Say they combined the Iceologer and the Penguin and created a PengWizard. Or cross a Glare with a Tuff Golem, and you get a golem you can hand light sources to, that will plant them in dark places, and they can even be the reason lush caves have so many glowberry vines growing in them. Maybe combine the Hunger and Copper Golem, and have a Copper sandworm that chases bunnies around the desert. They could even have a vote for it, where the winner gets combined with the loser.

I don't necessarily care if they add them all at the same time, but they should be working on all of them! Alternatively, they could add the feature of the armadillos to the crabs like logdotzip did here, making the crab shell able to craft dog armor instead of player armor. Maybe to aviod it being OP if that is a concern, you'd have to wait until a crab shed its shell on its own.

Personally I find it a waste for them not to add some mobs at all, but I understand that they take time to implement. I'm undecided whether or not to side with either. As far as the mobs go they all sound equally useful to me, that's kind of the thing with these mob votes I tent to want each of the mobs equally, thus eternal indecision until everyone decides the one. I do hope that they will add all of the past un-added mobs as it is always a pleasure to see minecraft grow.

If it's too complex and takes too much time to implement 3 mobs, then their team is full of redundancies and they should be fired since they provide nothing to the team. Clearing bloat is a core part of any project and some "devs" on the team definitely need to go if they can't do what modders do in a week for a youtube video.
