you get 10 shards per day after you beat 3-7 in the void campaign.and it takes 5000 shards to get one of these.but to get to the nirvana,it will take at least 5 years.

I suspect the one that offers DOT based on your max HP is the one people want for PVP, which is why it's there. But yeah, for PVE, it's weak.

You can still farm the materials and hope somebody clears the expanse boss so you can get the elite materials so that you are not hopelessly behind whenever you get to the point where it's useful. But the rewards are tiny.
