That’s a vintage Patti PlayPal doll! I have mine from when I was 10 and I’m now 72. That’s a great find! It should say G-35 on the back I believe! She’s 36 inches and she’ll wear 24 months or 2 toddler and a 7 shoe.

I have the vintage drinkie Walker doll from the Horesmen doll company in the sixties. I call her Andrea and I love dressing her for the seasons. I have been wanting to find a friend for Andrea. I think another doll like Andrea's size would interact well with her. The doll you found looks school age Andrea is between 18 months to 24 months old and she came with a bottle. So I assum she's just a big baby doll. Love to see what you do with this little girl doll.

3T seems fits her perfectly, I have found that vintage clothing runs super big. So in current times she is wearing a 3T at least that's what fits her. :) 24 months is just to tight for my liking. She looks like she is growing out of her clothes. I wish she could wear it as things as I would have a wider range of clothes at Carter's I like. :)

@@nlovewithreborns2011 I’m happy the clothes you bought fits her! I have a lot of Gymboree clothes for my Patti and 24 months in dresses fits her perfectly! In pants I will get 3T but tops it’s either 24 mo or 2T. I used to get sz 6 shoes but as I got older it was really hard to get them on so I get a 7;and they go on so much easier! I have pictures of me with my Patti in the late 50’s, in all her vintage clothes.
