If you're gonna make any batter for your fish, you want to use 16 mesh black pepper. It is on a coarse side, but it'll give you a little bit better flavor to your fish. But I'm just giving a extra tip. I'm batter.You're fish with flour and your other spices you want.Put in it

Try going flour, then egg wash, back in the flour. It sticks better to the fish.

Just a light dipping, you could easily still taste the flavor of the seasoning. Next time Im going to add more seasoning to the flour too, I think I easily could have.
