A friend of mine said that it was originally suggested by a video art piece by Heather Kai Smith vimeo.com/116725938 -- the vocals in Medicine 8@s track are slightly different, but very effective nonetheless. The vocal was taken from a record of readings from St Mark's poetry project in new york, but can't remember the poet. Nice of you to describe it as intelligent. . . Just seemed kind of amusing to have a piece of feminist poetry followed by a guy saying I got a big dick, I got a big dick. . .

Yes, that's what makes it so powerful, as a feminist poem. The woman is being articulate, and the man can only reply about the size of his cock. Thank you! This has been an interesting experience, tracking down one of best poetic-musical marriages I've ever come across. I love this track!
