Even just smiling at someone is considered charity. You are right about being nice to someone and it can make their day and they will pass it on. I do see some people and a slight bit of negativity and that's it their day is ruined and then they are passing on that negative energy. Im not saying I've never done it but I do try my best to control my emotions rather than them controlling me.

does it pain after first shot of enanthate?.. first day did no notice any thing.. second day got flue like symptom, and pain in the injection spot, there is no redness or something , just pain now, will the pain be less in the second dose?
