We are Building a Play Area for the Kids on our Village Homestead | Market | Village Life | Kenya

This week we had a lot going on.. lots of construction underwear on the compound, including a new play area for the kids that we are excited about!
We also venture out to the market in Kianjai for some fresh fruit and friendly faces.
I also give you a small farm date and show you all of the piglets.. there are so many!

I love watching African Market coverage. But would love to know the cost. There is a Kenyan vlogger Suzy's Homestead and she filmed a small piece on Maraketi market and I was shocked at the prices, though inflated, still so much much much cheaper than the West. For example, I just bought two mangoes (very tiny ones) on sale (from $1.99 CDN each) to 2 for $2.
