How do you do those spheres 2:26

You mean how did I get them the way they are? If that's the case, then I just clicked on them and pressed affected by wind. I then pressed glow and but the brightness to 100%. Now if you want to know how I made it appear then I made a sphere on the timeline, I went to the very start of the animation and under keyframes I made it so its non-visible. So, when it appears its scale was 0 and I put another keyframe ahead of it to make it scale up. Then to get rid of it I made another keyframe scaling it down. Hope this helps! :D
