Distance running is such a mental game it’s the worst!

I feel like runners high is more common in sprinting and track running, because ur going so fast you get into that zone. But long distance is just a constant chug along so there isn’t as much burst to it. But who knows I could be wrong, maybe long distance runners get it just as often.

It is related to the endorphins released after intense or lengthy exercise. Definitely not more common after short distances.

I bought the AG1 but going to try to get healthier and I got it to get working out better and thought it might me with excerise and health benefits and make me feel better in life and maybe change some things in my body and health but we see I seen others on you tube try AG1 so good luck in your marathon

I trained and ran a ton of half marathons and 5k/10k races and I got a runners high only once during a 7 mile training run-it felt like I was on a cloud and could have ran all day long. Sadly, I never got that high ever again 😞🤪
