Hi there, hope you n ya family are well? How lovely you have found a house that suits you all😊. Did you say you can decorate it in your choice too? And accepts pets? You are really lucky. Here in Yorkshire, it's very rare to find a private rent that let's you put ya own stamp on it and let's you have more than one pet. Have ya managed to stay near ya boys school? My youngest n family just come out of private rent, but they couldn't do anything in the house at all (to be fair it was nice but very bland/neutral). Looking forward to see ya new property and how you eventually turn it into "your home". You can see your excitement and energy bless. Pleased for you all. Take care
