This gave me an idea for a mod. Whenever you pull an item, the item drops out of you like if you were shocked, but you don't spin out or lose speed. Basically, people would be trying to either avoid item boxes, or maybe if you were in a higher place you would actively hit item boxes to spawn traps. Maybe needs a bit of refinement, but a fun idea!

Hey so I had a really good idea for a flounder fest episode. 3 GPs. For the first you have to use the standard bike S, for the second you have to use standard bike M and for the final one you have to use the standard kart L. the one with the most total points wins

Punishment for forgetting to spam should've been lockout - no using your item at all until you fall off or it gets shocked/starred/etc out of you. Breaking *that* should've been stand-still mini-turbo.

Idea for flounder fest. Playing mario kart will but you constantly getting shocked. The only time it could be dodged is in a normal dodge item. It wouldn't maybe be constant but maybe it can work where as soon as you are big again it activates again...
