When this video started I thought it was a place DJ visit once named "Bargain Booze" where he had a MAJOR altercation with some crazy guy. The entrance and surrounding area looks IDENTICAL to me. Hi ACE AUDITS, I've watched very many auditors, here and abroad, do their thing and I have to say your manner and attitude towards those that challenge you is so much calmer than other auditors. Security guard was pretty sound, he seemed eager to learn about drones. 2nd guy was ok, a bit ignorant on the law, but he was pretty reasonable on the whole. Handled very well by yourself. Excellent video

He would need to have an SIA licence on display if he is 3rd party security, if he is employed directly by the company he does not need an SIA licence or training.

I disagree with solar panels and EV's being the future, I have been hearing that local council recycling centres don't take old solar panels and lithium bombs aka batteries. Your challenge if you choose to accept it, find a solar panel and lithium battery recycling centre and find out how much they pay for scrap (my money is on they charge, if you can find one) We have 3 electric bus fires in 2 weeks, just in London alone so plenty to recycle if it's actually possible. Good luck with it, I think it will make an amazing video.

So explain how your right to privacy is greater than his the companies and anyone working there. The law in UK is that up to 400M to the commencement of commercial flight height level above private property is air space of that owner. In terms of fenced and gated areas if you are not personally able to access those areas on ground you aren't able to enter above those areas either.

20:30 A camera can used on private property. There is no law that stops it from being used. Policy can't be used to stop it. There might be a policy that a hi-viz must be worn, but if a visitor who is not going into a dangerous location doesn't wear one, the business is limited in what it can do about it. In fact enforcing it by using force would be a criminal offence. Same with cameras. Conditions can be imposed before entry to a place that certain things can't be done. But those things are checked on entry to the place. No checks,, no enforcement, nothing to stop the things being done. I've been to places where cameras weren't allowed - the lens on my mobile phone was taped over with tamper proof tape. That was proper enforcement of the policy. For individuals there is never any legal or moral requirement to inform that the camera is recording them.

I was getting uncomfortable with him delaying and trying to keep you inside. This was great drone footage ACE. Also nice powerful zoom-zooms with the zoom camera. If they see your drone in the air.. or has just been in the air… or is about to take off…. they can request your name, address and operator ID. They have the right to ask.. but they must be able to tell you under which legislation first 😀👍 I was flying around York Minster before Christmas (or rather, my drone was 😂) when I was approached by a policeman. He was extremely polite and asked if I wouldn’t mind landing because they’d had many (cheap?) drones in the past, crashing into the Minster. I explained that my Mini 4 Pro was full of safety features etc…. but he asked so nicely and I’d just about done anyway, so it wasn’t a problem. Had a nice chat with him too 👍
