Gledam tvoj kanal vec godinama. Hvala Antonio.

What a beautiful game. Sure, Alekhine might be playing "lazy" chess, but its so beautiful in how he sees far enough ahead to recognize that he's winning, and just plays the good moves to ensure he's winning without out-thinking himself. The confidence it takes. Fantastic.

Amazing to think how many openings were named after these great masters from way back then and still relevant now i.e. ‘nimzo’, ‘rubenstein variation’, ‘colle system’, ‘maroczy bind’ and so on..

That is Alekhine's third wife , Nadiezda Vasiliev whom he divorced before marrying his fourth and final wife , Grace . It was Alekhine's concern for Grace who was trapped in German occupied France during WW2 which led to his cosying up to Nazi top brass and led him down a very dark path which may have played a probable role in Alekhine's suspicious death .

Alekhine was passport line to two countries 1930 western Europe and passport officers ask him passport then Alekhine said i do not need passport because i am chess World champion and here is my cat Chess and Alekhine was so drunk! Same story When Russia Giant of Piano Grigory Sokolov was passport line to London and passport officers ask finger prints! Sokolov said no! And now British Critic writers claiming wrongly that Sokolov is not the Giant of Piano! The Titan of Piano! Freedom of to move freely is so great idea! I do love these Russians! Russia their milatary budjet 72 billion dollars! Russia have only 3% of world total military budjet! And western press telling big lies claiming that Putin is the King of weapons and sports! USA have 900 billion dollars military budjet! Russia have only 9 over 40000 spectator sports stadiums! Russia needs Navalny kind of leader who gonna build more defence weapons and sports infra and open new chess schools and build ice rinks buildings to play hockey and figure skate! Lame Putin do not build ice rinks buildings to play hockey and figure skate or open new chess schools!!

@@RaineriHakkarainen Yes, by all means, Putin should be replaced because of a chronic shortage of skating rinks. And for no other reason. 🙄

Wondering if the young chap in the dapper bellboy uniform is only there for orders for drinks etc for the players, or also officiating. Doubt if 'touch piece move' law would need policing, all being 'gentlemen' ie feeling duty-bound by a code of ethics, but am guessing some issues may arise re. draws etc. If not him then who?

A contemporary of Aleckhine, it may have been Nimzowitsch, carped: Aleckhine wants to walk into history "alone". The point was that any great game is the product of two minds. And I also have some vague notion that Fischer had that complaint from some of his contemporaries??

#suggestion everybody says Bobby Fischer destroyed soviets, which is of course true. But, very few people realize that Vishy Anand also did the same thing. When chess was not at all famous in india, and with very less money vishy destroyed soviets. The chess revolution started in india. Vishy deserves a saga.
