The axis of rotation for both halves is the centre of the screen, not the centre of the halves! This is very important. The triangular gap that opens up is filled with footage of 2 men kissing, but every time Robbie starts a sentence, the speed of the kissing footage increases by 5%. When the 2 halves overlap, they can both be seen with 50% transparency.
