The field of energy created by the Stargate family is going to get stronger. In moments of need, you can tap into this energy and feel instant peacefulness allowing the clarity to come to you. I'm also in the camp of those who tend to fall asleep at a certain point in the meditation. They have said various things about this phenomenon. When the Commander comes thru he has told us we should stay awake. However I find i can't usually do it while closing my eyes and being still. Hoping Alcazar will speak to this during the next course.

@@Sabrina.Montana-kk3uq I've heard when this happens(you wake up as the meditation ends) that is your higher self taking you deeper into the meditation. 🤔....🤷🏼‍♀️ I try to do the meditations before bed and upon awakening so easy to fall asleep. I've even sat up straight with no back support and so fell asleep, lol.
