I think this is by far one of the best Burning Man videos. I've watched it a million times.. well ok 10. 2015 I will be there. Can an average guy fly in grab a tent, tons of water and be ok there for a week? Can a person come minimally and share what little you have and survive or do I have to grab a uhaul and bring it all??

I was a 2013 virgin burner, and watching these videos bring back nostalgia. I really am just an average guy, and someone you might not ever expect to go to burning man; burning man can change your life. Don't expect you to suddenly become a different person, but do expect to grow internally. After experiencing something like burning man your eyes open to what love and compassion that people can truly share. SO JUST DO IT! With all that being said, and to answer your question YES! Before I went i had very similar thoughts about how much was really necessary to bring. And after going I now realize what i brought was wayyy overkill. Bring food, water, shelter, and the rest really will just fall into place. And most importantly bring sometime to give! I regretted not having more to give to people while on the playa! Even if its just something as simple as a Polaroid camera to take pictures with and then give to people. Rambling now, but I know you will never know me. And if you ever did meet me we would never know. But from a complete stranger to a complete stranger: Go to Burning Man and just connect and love people like you never have. Peace Out, Chris
