Syl, love to see you using mines and traps to control an area. As well as making a fake trap area for sneaky thieves. My newest trap is a car perched on a disguised gate. The edge to open is just inside a wall. The car is perched on a partial half wall. That's just even with garage door/floor. As soon as you hear car doors open, you open gate. Then they fall into barbed wire pit. Wire is on garage doors , so you can move/open them to access bodies. Or force survivors through wire. Though dropping a stun grenade and gas is enough. Normally. Caught a full clan team in t3+ gear. They were so pissed two suicide to get back to rearm and camp us. The last guy tried to pile up everything and destroy it and combat log after. Except admin was there watching to see if my silly trap worked. He comped me all their ruined gear. Think they got warning and 3 day ban on that server. So that clan went from 7/8 man to 3. I traded and sold gear for mines and traps. Layered their base as best I could. Flag is almost down. But today is last day they're locked out. I'm hoping they like the welcome mat I've left them. 😊 20+ mines, 3 stun/pox IEDs, 8 bear traps, 10 tripwires -no boom, but just in front of another trap. Told neighbors Sunday. I expect popcorn rapid booms today, while I'm off. Have folks watching. Boom for area control is awesome tool set. As long as everyone in group knows where there are traps and mines. My aussie mates have attention span of goldfish once they scent blood, booze, women, or farm animals. Those blokes baited 3 grizzlies half across a map on an atv just to leave them as a gift at a campers base. Proud of that, they then walked through our bear trap alley on the way home. 😅 Wasn't there for that, but they proudly told me of that Sunday morning. But they have a gift for finding boom, which keeps me supplied, and them entertained.😊 So seeing you pick up a bit more on bomber/trapmaster meta is awesome. All you need now is 6 drunk aussies and a certificate on herding cats.😂

Just FYI you can use wire OR the cable reel to power the mixer. You just attach wire to the battery, put battery in hands and look at mixer and click to attach it.

22 minutes in while you were fighting in the dark against that 3 man near the brown building a guy called "buttercup" was pissed about landmines - seems you may of got another "victim" while away from home 😂. Using landmines like that is genius moves as its something i'd do if i had a stash of them in pretty much any game - best shits 'n' giggles you can get!.

I agree, I'm a boom meister. Traps, IEDs, mines, trip wires, whatever I can get. Heck gas cannister next to boom for a bit extra. Or leaving boom in stoves with campfire built but not lit. As if abandoned... hard to see if it's in clothes you dumped into fireplace/oven.😊 Tripwires with smoke grenades out in the middle of nowhere, just to attract attention, is fun too. Not for folks who just got marked in open.

Ahw thank you so much man appreciate it. I believe there is a tutorial in the Discord of the server. You have to setup a widget in your discord server and copy the webhook link into the raid alarm.

Making tripwires and putting them in bushes, shrubs, trees, dense patches of grass or under the waters surface in bodies of water in hopes to ruin someone's day is one of my favorite things to do, works great for raid defence armed or not.

I feel for the console community man, I think building a base is the essence of DayZ. A place to go back to, work on, expand… sadly the developers have a different view on that.
