Don't be too excited yet, considering your background obstetric history, anything can happen as you assumed, like good sign or bad, naturally those ivf medication you took previously are still active in your system and you can naturally conceive because of that, for the block tubes can't stop you from conceiving because with time they can be partially patent and miracle can occur, just stay positive, even if it didn't happen it can happen subsequently because you still young, sexually active couple with hormonal medication you taking you have high chance of having multiple pregnancy.
