7:48 I never realized this before but this is so true. There have been times where people have swore when in conversation with me and apologized. There was one time where I told someone it was fine and I didn't get why people apologized to me after swearing, and the person I was taking to told me people do it out of respect. I'm not someone who ever swears when in conversation with other people and the few times that I have, some people are taken aback because they're not used to hearing me swear. I don't care if people swear in conversation, just don't curse if there's kids around and not overly force swear words into what your saying just for the heck of it.

As a 16.5 year airport customer service worker, I can confirm that airports do bring out the worst in people. There are the people who go great lengths to avoid paying extra for anything. Then there is the occasional person who clearly doesn’t shower often. Then you have people who will not give two shits about how they treat the people they interact with as long as they get what they themselves want or demand. Then there is a special type of people who think they are running late to their flight and will run over anybody who gets in their way despite literally having two hours before their flight departs and then you have the ones who literally run late to their flight all the time. You can’t forget about the parents who give zero shits about what their kids do in an airport. I’ve seen so many parents let their 4-7 year old kids run around the airport out of their view. I’ve seen kids squeeze right in front of people in wheelchairs and not say sorry or excuse me while in view of their parents and their parents will not say a thing to them to correct and teach their kids what they have done wrong. Don’t even get me started on how disgusting people are on airplanes. We have 3 international airlines in our terminal and most of my co-workers clean them. Lufthansa can be left nasty but is better than the next two. Royal Jordanian used to be awful but has improved slightly over years past. But the trash heap of them all is Turkish Airlines. The amount of trash left everywhere on that airplane is insane. Like people literally treat the floor like a trash can. Drink containers, napkins, tissues, food wrappers all end up on the floor. I honestly wonder if the flight attendants even walk around collecting trash or if they tell their customers to just throw it to the floor for the cleaners to pick up later.
