Unfortunately no, But you can summon one companion by you and dismiss them and immediately summon someone else. Then it's just a matter of timing LOL

I was about to ask the same question. I use companion mod and I did have it glitch in me once where I had two companions for about 30 seconds before one of them started running in circles and ran away 😂
