A dictatorship is what we are under, this is according to Xolani Dube of the Xhubera Institute, who was interviewed by Africa Rise and Shine host Lulu Gaboo. According to Dube, based on the latest cabinet changes made by the President, Ramaphosa is a dictator because he has centralized the government, privatized the state & this should be of great concern to South Africans as it shows that he is no longer willing to negotiate anything & wants to do as he pleases without any accountability to the citizens of the country. Dube concludes the clip by stating that Cyril is surrounded by yes men & women who don't want to offend him, to keep their jobs and secure their pensions, to the detriment of South African citizens.

No sir, you got it all wrong just because you are afforded a platform to make your point does not necessarily make you right. What makes me worried is the fact that the same departments which makes the President a dictator as you say, are the ones which could not see a looting spree on its way which exposed the Country to its enemies. Imagine if it was the Gupta army wanting to capture the State with its weak army? They could have done that without any hindrance because those departments you are complaining about were either asleep or they deliberately overlooked the situation to pave way for a coup deta.
