This show is good and the theme song is good but it doesn't change the fact that Disney copied the Italian comic Winx Club (created in the late 90s and 2000) to get the elements theme (Fairy of Nature, Fairy of Fire, Fairy of Water, Air Fairy, etc. from Winx Club) and guardian theme (from guardian fairies in Winx Club) in their 2001 comic W.I.T.C.H. and then Disney tried to sue the creator of Winx Club when both were created into TV shows in the same year 2004 with Winx Club actually airing on Italian TV before W.I.T.C.H. originally aired (Winx Club aired for the first time in January 2004 and W.I.T.C.H. aired for the first time in December 2004). Shows what a terrible company Disney is. They just went straight to lawsuit without considering their source material comic had copied ideas from another comic and that was especially possible considering both were Italian comics at one point. Honestly, Disney was very lucky they didn't have to pay money to the creator of Winx Club because it's pretty blatently obvious that their source material was pulled from Winx Club source material which came out at least a year earlier. It's actually hilarious because Disney only brought attention to this by filing this unnecessary lawsuit. I bet the Italian judge that looked at this case just laughed at how stupid Disney was in this instance. The case was thrown out so Disney went and spread a rumor in the US and got people thinking that Winx was the rip off but people doing their research really know Disney was trying to cover their asses. And I mean... If you look at the main characters of W.I.T.C.H., they look like the main characters of Winx Club. Also dragons are prominent in the origin story of both shows because Disney's source material was again pulled from Winx Club here. Basically what they did was switch the powers around characters, changed their names, changed "guardian fairies" to just "guardians," and made it more emo.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but W.I.T.C.H. started as an Italian comic like Winx Club. While I'm not disagreeing with you about Disney, they didn't actually create W.I.T.C.H. or any of the comics. I'm pretty sure all they did was make it popular with the show and try to pass it off as their own or something like that.
