I’m not understanding how you’re getting the “all unit damage” and “all unit health” multipliers. I’m not getting access to any of my multipliers. I must be missing something here.

Same question....even if the multiplier is quite really low and would not really change anything

It's easy to guess that since his skills with the passives are lvl 4-6, while the others are around 19, its a prestige reset thing. That way you dont eventually just have freeze for like 30 seconds, insane morale etc.

@@75silverfish - That’s correct. It comes from upgrading level 20 skills. You get that passive bonus and the skill resets to level 1 or something like that.
