Don't agree with that at all. I'm never rude to service staff and some of them are just awful. Some people really should not be in customer service, you can tell they just don't like people. Also, some judge others on looks, you'd be surprised how people get different service depending on their background. If you're not white or you don't look 'middle class', it's different.
