I'm also surprised that the Boursin fig and balsamic souffle DIDN'T MAKE THE BEST OF THE FEST. I think it was by far my favorite of the night! I can't wait to get it again. It was warm and flakey with the soft cheese and warm fig flavors. It was basically a burst of flavor that wasn't overly sweet. DON'T MISS ON THE SOUFFLE!

Just got back from festival of the holidays and the peanut stew at refreshment outpost was definitely my favorite thing I tried. It was so hearty and flavorful and an excellent deal at only $5.25!

So many Wish promotions and the movie has barely been out a few weeks. Marketing a movie is a normal thing but it's rarely been seen in the parks before. It's putting the horse before the cart. I wish they'd just make good movies so we wouldn't have to get their IP forced down our throats.

I'm VERY SURPRISED that the smoked cucumber dill salmon in France made the best of the fest. We had it last night and it was the worst thing we had because it's such a rip off. For 8.50 you get the tiniest plop of salmon with two cucumbers on a piece of dry bread. It wasn't much better than a subway tuna sandwich. Actually I think subway would win. You really DON'T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR with this one. It's on my worst list.
