If this were me, I will do the following: 1) Milo Pancakes 2) Chocolate rice porridge (with Ikan bilis) - in the Philippines we call this champorado. 3) banana chocolate cake with Milo ganache 4) rice with mole sauce (use Milo instead of chocolate) The problem with Milo is it's usually associated with sweet stuff. But you can use it to replace anything that uses chocolate.

Make your usual Milo formula (with sugar). Instead of topping it all the way up with hot water, top it to 4/5 or 5/6. Then mix the remaining 1/5 or 1/6 part with MILK 🥛 into Milo drink. It tastes extra good. I found out by mistake, and ever since that is my “default” Milo formula.
