For the blackjack.. basic strategy says to hit up to 16 if dealer is showing 7,8,9,10. Only time you deviate is if the count is very high.. then your chances of 10s/face card are very high. I only know this because from age 16 to 21 my dad taught me how to count cards. Then when I hit 21 he funded a traveling blackjack team. We tore up MD, PA and NJ casinos for a few years. Made enough to open my own business at 25. Good times 🔥
