I am professtional baker....i just wanna tell that your first try is just amazing👍.....i want to tell u that if u over beat the mixture or using butter instead of oil....if u want to avoid the hardness of cake then u should soak it with sugar syrup....it will soften your cake as well as make it fluffy.....and if u want to do more baking...then plz plz try chicken patties....best of luck👍😍

Loooks ammaaaaaaziiinggg!! This recipe is theeeeee besssst!!!! The only thing they didnt do according to the instructions was the liquid ingredients.... it is supposed to be more .. just increase espresso mixture.. (excluding the beer obviously) N after adding the flour in the mixture we dont beat it as that hardens the cake n loses its spongynesss!!! 💖💖

The thing i have learnt in baking is that when you add dry ingredients in your wet(well beaten)ingredients,donot use the electric or hand beater..just fold the dry ingredients into the wet ones,in this way the cake will not become hard.

Add some water + coffee solution in the cake before frosting it and let the cake soak it. It will turn out soft that way.
