A very humble advisor sister, Linda. She is an amazing scholar, with a blessed amount of knowledge that she has gained all throughout her life alhamdulliah. A simple reminder to her is that we should make sure that our sister scholars are not present in front of non-mahram men. This is a problem as we know that the Quran and the sunnah tell us the believing women to cover, and not to be exposed in front of strange men. A humble request to her to make sure that she is not being recorded in front of anything and that she could only expose her voice. Jazakallah!

Utube Viewer What exactly does ISNA do as an organization ??? As a Muslim growing up in the US for over 20 years...I find it hard to find any personal impact ISNA has provided for me. I think the problem resides within the lack of traditional scholarship ISNA'S board consists of. We need a team of leaders with refined souls to lead the Muslims of America. And i dont really see that with ISNA. Most people on the board try to comform with American values whilst leaving Islamic values. We are facing an identity chrisis as Muslims living in America...and ISNA is confusing the identities of many American Muslims. Id argue ICNA is doing much better work than ISNA is with a smaller team and following. What are your thoughts!??! JazakAllah Khairan
