We wanted an older home that was also move-in ready - the perfect blend of charm and convenience. There are a few updates we want to make in the future, but for now it is absolutely perfect! Thank you so much!! 💕 The previous owners left a workbench in the garage that need some TLC, but might be a good place for some projects! Meanwhile I might use one of the bedrooms and make a little workshop ☺️ So happy to have a fellow Texan here!! ❤️
