Welcome Back Guys, It is time for a new project that isn't a wrecked RV. Ivan found a 2021 RZR that is a rollover. He gets it back to the shop and starts looking more in-depth for more hidden damage. Thanks for Watching!

Agree with Skeeter, bend easy and hard to straighten cause short and stiff! Even with a frame bench! We did a gator side by side smashed in the front end and did'nt came back at the first try!!! Nice challenge!

First off I would check the frame past the front axle and rear end, looks like it took a solid hit and that has a lot of point that pinch and bend easy. Tabs are broken on the plastic for a reason, you still can have hidden damage. Second is gusset the front & rear for less chances of this happening. Color wise, do something different, like a medium green or light blue.

Those things are disposable. You will be very lucky if the frame is not jacked up and not needing replacement.
