Guys this is my kinda place, I tried lookimg into buying when I visited there but unfortunately out of my reach. If I was rich I would definitely buy a place there for coming and going. Know it's not for everyone but Caroline and Sergio I think it's just stop gap between homes from what I've gathered.

There are morw affordable places u can get in dubai for a holiday home...look in othet areas that arent in the main tourist areas...very affordable prices

For security, I recommend cutting out the part where you navigate for your apartment in the building. You never know what type of crazies might try stalking you who manage to sneak in the building. Great video, stay safe!

Being in Dubai this will not be an issue. Security and safety in the Dubai is real.

Right , I am not being a hater or whatever the heck you want to call me for asking a plausible question . But please , for the love of Jesus can someone explain me why someone who paid a deposit to secure this apartment didn’t actually request all the other specifications at the time of order(signing the contract ) and spare all this waste, not only time but also resources and all the impact on the environment. Just stupid . I am sorry . My message has no hatred meaning, is just common sense .
