So a couple things - 1, no it's not "100% manual" because you have your precision pass accuracy setting to normal and not high, if you have long pass on manual then it's manual anyway. Second it's nothing to be wary of having to do one pass in one situation manually when you should've been fully manual since like FIFA 11 now. Signed, the full manual community who actually have an actual ounce of talent unlike the "pros" who play fully assisted 😬

@@KrankyMax-pk3yk in control settings, they have passing, shooting, lob pass and through balls all on assisted. This means that both the power and direction of the pass is done for them, meaning that they just have to press the button and the game puts it to both the correct power and correct direction. As it also says at the bottom of the control screen when selecting assisted, "it will also make your pass avoid opposition players". So essentially they just tap X to pass, and the game does the correct power and direction for them, also bends the ball away from opposing players. In short, you could literally teach a monkey to play on these controls within 30 minutes. The talented players set their passing, through ball, lob pass and shooting to manual, meaning like in every other game, you have to judge the angle, direction and power of things using the analog stick.
