Skylines come in two versions, rusted, or paint and bondo covered rust, take your pick.

Maybe in America and Japan, not so much in Australia, mine is 30 years old this year and only has a few small rust spots under the side quater windows nothing else

Always love to see another R33 getting cleaned up and back on the road, way too many of these crashed and abandoned over the years so its nice to see some of us still taking care of them

I think this is the first sos customs video where you look absolutely exhausted... Im going to chalk that out to the skyline really took it out of you, but you guys did great on that car and changed it from a beater that was defeated to an absolute champion of a car

This car definitely gave us a run for our money I’ll tell you that 😅

You may have had it a while but it needed so much work it’s more like a restoration of sorts rather than a janky body kit and paint job ! It’s also gone from being a piece of total crap to one the nicest looking straight ones available and lazer straight bodily to so hats of to you and your amazing hard working team dude stellar work it’s really beautiful the owners gonna be stoked 👍🔥

Man Oscar, you could have gotten an OEM R33 factory quarter panel right here in Southern California from TKGT Japan for $900..!!!! Why wait 6 months from Australia and not even the right fit..?? Great restoration btw and I’ll be reaching out to you on my R34 👍 can’t wait to see the finished product
@SOSCustomz10 ай бұрын
Wasn’ really the qtr panel that was hard to get but the inner structure
@Wangan280z10 ай бұрын
On the rh quarter panel, would it have been cheaper labor wise to have a good used replacement welded in like the other side over all the rust hunting/patching? Just curious.
@mercedes.c63_audi.q810 ай бұрын
Good used replacement is hard to find, very expensive, and requires even more labor.
@SOSCustomz10 ай бұрын
It would have if that was part of the initial plan and in the budget the labor to replace a qtr panel and the qtr panel and shipping would have far exceeded the patches we did on the qtr panel

Hey Oscar did you and the body guys at sos go to school to learn your craft or are you guys self thought.
