Ive had to attack positions like so fortified that even tanks couldnt do hardly anything The power of a well built fob in squad is actually insane

Which is sadly somin people dont understand. A WELL BUILT fob with DEFENDERS can last you the entire game. Multiple times i just asked my SL to put a radio ON the point, on a GOOD defensible position, and then i just bunker up with one more buddy. We managed to hold that radio even after the point (and entire team) fell... Its ridiculously effective.

I’ve done this before. It fun with a full squad and you find a decent building with not that many windows/doors. Can hold a point for the whole game

All the enemy has to do is proxy your hab, ignore your bunker and just cap.

@@Glocky131 Squad community's respawn based conditioning is deeply rooted i see. If you hold a good position with good sightline and protection, youll never die. And if you are on the cap and have the radio in your building, that means invincible defenders. And if you add the team doing the same X times, it means an invincible team. You dont need to die to influence the game.

@@NicholasW943 Oh you are so, so wrong. Defending a cap point within a fortified building is mad fun times. Full adrenaline, full split second decisionmaking, and massive awesomesauce when you manage to hold the entire enemy even AFTER the entire team died. If only people focused more on surviving through an engagement instead of rush die repeat battlefield, we would see more awesome games.

One combat engineer C4 would have ended that whole thing 30 minutes earlier. Too bad it's usually impossible to get a CE player to do anything other than plant mines.

Evidentially you didn't watch the whole video.. A CE player did and it failed to stop them.. A properly fortified FOB is much stronger than you think.. Plus it was hard to get near the wall without a grenade being chucked through the defense slit.. If you watch the WHOLE video you would see just how many grenades were thrown and how hard it would be to setup a C4 breach..

Yup. From my experience, Fallujah / Mutaha / Sanxian / Narva make up 90% of the played maps these days.

That is an aggravating video to watch. Good job. You should do a video with the BMP2M. That thing is a monster, best IFV in the game. You got that fat nasty 30mm, the automatic grenade launcher with a 100 rounds, and 4(!) quick firing ATGM rounds. Also theres that slat armor does once in a blue moon catch HAT rounds. And better optics, and did I mention it has a fucking grenade launcher. Drove that in a round of RAAS in Narva and wiped out 3 bradleys with it.

Every time i've tried the BMP-2M i've gotten hard-focused by enemey ATs, killed a couple tanks but a pretty mediocre experience for what looks pretty cool.

@@HenkiSpankythere's a good reason why the enemy will laser focus onto the BMP. The fact it has 3 (4 counting coax mg) seperate weapon systems, each perfect for specific targets lets it just adapt instantly to whatever its up against. No annoying switching from AP to HE, just rock the grenade launcher. Then if light armor wants to try its luck, shred it with the 30mm and its superior damage and firerate. And if you see a tank first, those 4 ATGMs are a guaranteed kill. Its only trade off is its a true glass cannon, but a skilled crew can overcome that easy. Its the perfect support vehicle, just not as good for leading the charge.

At one point they did place a c4 on the door, it wasn't effective enough so we recovered easily, it's in the video but idk the timestamp

??? Drop rally, have squadmates suicide and play the game normally. have them spawn on rally when previous point gets taken and they need to be in the bunker?

Why suicide when you can play the game normally by contributing to your team by holding point and command bunker? Not every contribution is ticket draining...
