i saw another youtuber try to make an island base.. it didnt work he got raided constantly and gave up.. on 7 days to die an island base kinda makes sense (not much) but it does a bit cos zombies dont spawn much on an island and the heat you produce doesnt draw many screamers in... but its a pain in the ass to swim back & forth (which is why i built a bridge) but on dayz it doesnt make sense to make a fort on an island, cos youve got buildings in the game that are indestructible having a long line of gates with only one way to get in is far easier to defend than a castle/fort wall

Kyro:When success comes so does alot of enemies Me: even in rust console, theirs a group that wants us to stay down, and what I mean by group, the biggest, and richest group, thats allied with 3 other massive and rich groups, and they keep raiding us, and we're keep rising, and making them wanna raid us even more Edit: they also bring 9-12 people on just a casual raid for no reason, or little reason EDIT: Im just saying that, that saying is so true in games like these

as for being lazy... you often dump loot from missions/raids etc in an easy container near a door to a base - and later with time you sort it into other containers... thats what i do in 7 days to die.. its not laziness so much as utilizing your time well.. efficiency.. daytime dump your stuff quickly in one container.. go straight out again.. night time, sort your stuff into labelled containers

I want a survival game and right now I'm trying to decide between DayZ and Scum. These graphics look weak but maybe he has them turned down for framerate. I like that DayZ has base building and I haven't seen that in Scum but I do like the realism in the survival system with scum.
