About the zoroark... I watched a lot of the anime... Fun fact, it is a gen 5 pokemon with zorua being a prime pokemon that the series revolves around in some cases... Zoroark also in the episode where the gang visits the islands... There is an episode that explains nurse joy taking care of zorua, that it worked there (even after evolving)... However, I dont think Ash battled against it till gen 7 where he faced Gladion in the championship match, winning the whole shabang.

A rival mon and champion mon in the kanto games are the same if its the last battle before the E4 so you could get a solid mon for $2 or $15. Gambling is amazing. Edit:If N is part of the rivals category, could a Reshiram or Zekrom have hatched? $5 well spent. 😵‍💫

All the love in the world for a good Pokemon battle. But I found this video because of Vinny. And the amount of mistakes Dobbs made from just not paying attention. like knock off when the sitrus berry was just used or not tracking that Vinny had $1 left - doesn’t bring me back to this channel. No one can play a perfect game but gotta pay attention and not make silly mistakes. It makes the fun of watching a competition battle video go down significantly.

He actually did spend all $25. There was just an editing mistake, nothing too serious that it would stop you coming back. I also don't think they take certain battles too seriously anyways. There's more emphasis on the niche concept vs the battle itself.
