As someone who loves building or creating useful things when i feel like crap i try thinking of new things to build and it always makes me feel good especially when it comes out perfect! The process can be tedious but that's what pays off!

Hello. I've learnt in life that I'm responsible for my own happiness. I'm in my sixties, and yes i am in my comfort zone . We all look for pleasure in things. Interesting listening to your experiences.

Thanks for watching! Good to hear you’re in your comfort zone. I don’t think we should be constantly pushing ourselves. Life ebbs and flows. I just think that taking the hard road is often the best route to happiness even though it doesn’t feel like it as the time.

Ofcourse its rudimentary Its human nature to want "easier" Perse but we all get up go to work hospital school college everyday its hard and difficult But we still do it despite trial and tribulations
